Old, New, Borrowed, Blue


To learn something new,
something  breathtakingly new,
unlearn something old.

When you borrow blues,
they fade from deep indigo
to pale robin’s egg.

    • It just struck me the other day that the most profound ‘aha’ moments I’ve had finally understanding something new, also meant letting go of something I thought I understood before… Thank you so much for taking the time to comment.
